Description
The Maintenance Planner coordinates and schedules maintenance activities for facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems; manages preventive maintenance, contractor scheduling, outage coordination, material readiness, workflow administration, reporting, backlog management, and KPI tracking. The role requires experience with maintenance, facilities, construction, or technical-service activities, CMMS or enterprise workflow systems, multi-stakeholder scheduling, work orders, and operational priorities. It is a full-time position with a stated salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
