Description
A Textile Engineer will support production efficiency, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement at A&E’s Mount Holly, North Carolina manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems, developing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting industrial systems, designing and modifying equipment and process aids, coordinating with Operations, and promoting safety, quality, and productivity. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or textile engineering or a related field, textile or manufacturing experience, industrial equipment knowledge, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
