Description
The Facilities Manager will lead the renewal of STMicroelectronics’ talent acquisition and onboarding experience, manage recruitment vendors, and oversee facilities operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, reporting, redundancy, utilities, and efficiency improvements. The role also coordinates project tenders, service contracts, stakeholder SOWs, and technical reports. Candidates need an electrical or mechanical engineering license or equivalent significant experience, at least 10 years of facilities operations, project management, design, construction, EHS, or regulatory compliance experience in a semiconductor or related environment, and 5 years leading a facilities team or department.
