Description
The Facilities Engineering Lead oversees and provides hands-on support for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Bathhouse facilities, including saunas, thermal pools, steam rooms, Russian banyas, a restaurant, locker rooms, and a heat distribution system for Bitcoin miners. The role plans and executes maintenance projects, manages budgets and vendors, maintains facility documentation, leads preventive maintenance, troubleshoots operational issues, and ensures safety and sanitary standards. Candidates should have relevant trades certification, 5–7 years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment, spa and pool equipment knowledge, and strong project and team management skills.
