Description
The Facilities Engineering Manager will lead engineering and process improvement for site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant semiconductor-site operations. The role oversees technical performance, maintenance strategy, improvement projects, troubleshooting, equipment efficiency, documentation, design reviews, commissioning, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of relevant facility systems operation and maintenance experience, including familiarity with semiconductor facilities and utility systems.
