Description
The Owego Facilities Engineering Manager leads the engineering organization responsible for the technical health, performance, and long-term sustainability of facility infrastructure supporting a complex manufacturing, laboratory, office, and industrial campus. The role provides technical leadership for complex infrastructure and utility systems, develops engineering standards, supports capital projects and infrastructure lifecycle planning, reviews external engineering deliverables, and partners with maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 8 years of engineering experience supporting complex facilities or industrial operations, and at least 3 years of leadership experience. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
