Description
The Facilities Groundskeeper provides year-round grounds maintenance for Sight & Sound properties, including lawn care, gardening, weeding, tree maintenance, mulching, and snow and ice removal. The role also supports building and vehicle maintenance, department equipment, and maintaining clean work areas. Candidates need knowledge of groundskeeping and equipment operation, familiarity with fertilization and plant care, and a valid driver’s license with authorization to operate motorized vehicles. The position is physically demanding and requires frequent standing, walking, radio communication, ladder and lift equipment use, heavy machinery and power-tool operation, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
