Amazon Japan is hiring a Facility Launch Coordinator in Meguro, Tokyo, to support the launch and ongoing operations of services at new project sites. The role coordinates requirements, approvals, budgets, RFP/RFQ documents, bidding, negotiations, contracts, onboarding, and implementation across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations; manages supplier relationships and service contracts; places orders; and leads on-site improvements. The position is based primarily at the Meguro headquarters, with business trips to new or existing sites, and requires at least one year of professional experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and business-level Japanese.
