Description
The Facilities Engineering Leader will lead the maintenance and facilities engineering departments at Plant 5 Ti Cast and HIP, overseeing repair, maintenance, installation, asset utilization, equipment reliability, budgets, projects, safety, and continuous improvement. The role manages internal teams and external contractors, coordinates with management and union officials, supports capital and major-expense matters, and develops department capabilities. It requires a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of facilities or maintenance leadership experience, or a high school diploma with ten years of supervisory experience; manufacturing experience, TPM, blueprint reading, and industrial plant infrastructure knowledge are preferred.
