Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician observes, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices and industrial equipment. Responsibilities include dismantling and replacing defective parts, adjusting controls, installing functional parts, lubricating and cleaning equipment, testing performance, and operating metalworking tools. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer literacy with a CMMS system, knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, electricity, utilities, shop equipment, and TIG or stick welding, with industrial maintenance experience preferred.
