Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates maintenance crews, troubleshoots and repairs industrial controls, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, mechanical equipment, and plant utilities, performs critical preventive maintenance, and trains junior mechanics and new employees. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, specialized training, strong mechanical and industrial controls knowledge, and more than five years of mechanical experience. The stated pay is $16.00 to $36.00 per hour.
