Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician observes, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices and industrial equipment. Responsibilities include dismantling and replacing defective parts, adjusting controls, installing functional parts, lubricating and cleaning equipment, testing performance, and operating metalworking tools. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer literacy with a CMMS, industrial mechanical knowledge, diagnostic ability, shop equipment knowledge, and TIG or stick welding experience. Industrial maintenance experience is preferred, and the position offers step increases through Boar’s Head training programs.
