Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician Apprentice assists journey-level managers, supervisors, and team members with preventative maintenance and building repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fire protection, and other commercial and industrial facility systems. The role also includes grounds maintenance, equipment operation, visual inspections, emergency response, vendor support, and documentation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, strong communication and MS Office skills, and the ability to travel to other ADP facilities; experience with gas/oil burners and hydraulics is beneficial. The position requires lifting 50+ pounds, working at heights, climbing ladders, and performing other physically demanding tasks.
