Description
The role performs routine facility maintenance, minor repairs, mail and package deliveries, safety inspections, preventive maintenance, groundskeeping, cleaning, vehicle upkeep, and general housekeeping in Live Production facilities. It requires basic electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and repair knowledge; safe use of hand, power, and groundskeeping equipment; a valid driver's license; basic computer and communication skills; and the ability to work independently and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and relevant maintenance or technical training are preferred, while 1–3 years of related experience is preferred but not required.
