Description
The Facilities Maintenance Associate performs hands-on building and grounds maintenance, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance, painting, caulking, snow and ice removal, grounds upkeep, emergency response, and general facility support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, vocational or trade school certificate, 1–3 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience, a driver’s license with a good driving record, and the ability to read mechanical or electrical schematics. It is a full-time position in a manufacturing environment with occasional early morning, evening, weekend, or off-hours work and requires travel between building locations.
