Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Associate Manager for the Moorestown site to lead the facilities maintenance team and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire-life-safety, and control-system systems. The role includes recruiting and developing maintenance personnel, managing rehabilitation projects, supporting budgets and cost control, coordinating contractors and vendors, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and reporting to site leadership. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of commercial property facilities operations and building-systems experience, five years in a supervisory or leadership role, and the ability to obtain a US DOD Secret Security Clearance.
