Description
The Facilities Maintenance Contract Coordinator (DTR) administers roadway and facility maintenance and supply contracts for the Dulles Toll Road. The role develops solicitation and contract documents, performs price analysis and budgeting, manages contractors and work orders, monitors performance and compliance, certifies invoices, supports emergency response, and serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative. It requires five years of progressively responsible contract administration or management experience, relevant contracting and procurement knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree, professional certifications, and roadway or public-works experience are preferred. The position offers a $40.55-$58.79 salary range and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
