Transwestern is hiring a Building Engineer for an on-site role in Midland, Texas. The position focuses on preventive maintenance, corrective repair, and monitoring of building systems and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, caulking, lighting, and energy management. Candidates need at least a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years of related experience and/or trade school training, plus at least three years of building maintenance experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and may need trade licenses/certifications and basic Microsoft Office skills.
