Description
Methodist Hospital is hiring a Maintenance Facility Engineer II to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings, building systems, grounds, life-safety systems, and non-regulated patient-care equipment across clinic locations. The role troubleshoots systems, supports strategic operations, participates in projects, provides technical leadership to junior team members, develops preventive-maintenance plans, assesses outage risks, trains team members, manages small maintenance projects, and identifies energy-savings opportunities. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and requires an associate degree in a related field, 10 years of experience or 15 years of directly related experience, building-automation-systems experience, a second-class C boiler license, and a valid driver’s license.
