Description
The Engineer on Duty (EOD) is a frontline resort maintenance technician responsible for rapid-response repairs in guest rooms and public areas, life-safety monitoring, emergency response, utility and energy monitoring, safety and hazard prevention, equipment maintenance, and shift documentation. The role requires proficiency in at least three core trades, experience with pneumatic or electronic systems and controls, strong finishing and building-maintenance skills, a valid Texas driver’s license, English fluency, and the ability to perform physically active work involving lifting up to 100 pounds.
