CPI Security is hiring a Facilities Maintenance/Fleet Lead based primarily in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role performs general building, equipment, and vehicle maintenance; supports preventive maintenance schedules; coordinates outside vendors; tracks work using Microsoft Office; communicates with internal teams; and travels to assigned locations up to 30%. The position requires at least two years of related maintenance or fleet experience, a valid driver's license, safe operation of maintenance equipment, and strong organizational and communication skills.
