Facilities Maintenance Manager, Licensed Mechanical Contractor at Walmart

Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead predictive and preventative maintenance across multiple regional locations. The role oversees HVAC/R and general building maintenance, develops and coaches facilities maintenance technicians, partners with store managers and facilities leadership, coordinates vendors and contractors, and ensures compliance with mechanical and building codes. Candidates must hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing, EPA Universal Certification, and 3–5 years of relevant experience; commercial HVAC/R experience and leadership experience are preferred. The position offers starting compensation of $110,000+ annually, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, benefits, and approximately 50%+ regional travel.
