Description
Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead predictive and preventative maintenance across multiple regional locations. The role oversees HVAC/R and general building maintenance, develops and coaches facilities technicians, partners with store managers and facilities leadership, coordinates vendors and contractors, and maintains compliance with licensing, permits, inspections, and mechanical and building codes. Candidates must hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in their state of residence and an EPA Universal Certification, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The position offers starting compensation of $110,000+ annually, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, benefits beginning on day one, and approximately 50% or more regional travel.
