Description
The Facilities Specialist performs day-to-day maintenance of buildings and animal enclosures across two locations, including preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other installed systems. The role coordinates outside contractors, performs repairs and installations, troubleshoots emergencies, inspects facilities, and supports janitorial and other maintenance staff. It is a non-exempt full-time position paying $22.66–$30.00 per hour, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift and flexible start times.
