Description
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of five or more maintenance technicians across material handling, building, refrigeration, and battery systems in perishable, grocery, and office warehouse environments. The role coordinates schedules, preventive maintenance, vendor work, CMMS operations, inventory, asset transfers, and employee performance, while supporting hiring, training, discipline, payroll, and site leadership in the absence of a manager. The position requires a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or engineering mechanics, and 5–7 years of facilities management experience focused on maintenance.
