Description
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will organize, monitor, and supervise facility maintenance across multiple properties in Central Florida, including hangar, ramp, and office facilities. The role oversees maintenance technicians, porters, janitorial staff, contractors, and vendors; plans and assigns work; manages budgets, inspections, inventories, service orders, and after-hours emergencies; and performs technical maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, structural, roofing, flooring, carpentry, painting, and related systems. The position requires 10 years of multi-building commercial maintenance experience, 5 years of supervisory experience, strong technical and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and at heights.
