Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU in Richmond, Virginia. The first-shift supervisor will oversee maintenance and repair operations for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems; schedule and supervise maintenance staff; assess building systems; plan work assignments and projects; ensure timely and correct completion; train staff; and handle discipline as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of maintenance experience including supervisory experience, extensive building-system knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physical repairs and lift 25 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a salary of $85,000 to $95,000 plus a potential $1,000 yearly supervisor bonus.
