Ray Graham Association is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor / Construction Project Manager to lead maintenance operations and construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across more than 35 residential, program, and administrative properties in DuPage and Cook Counties. The role supervises facilities staff and contractors, manages work orders, budgets, schedules, compliance, safety, emergency response, and vendor relationships, and requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of progressively responsible facilities or construction experience, a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal vehicle. The position is office and field-based, Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation, and pays $72,800 with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
