Description
The HVAC/Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor supervises and supports day-to-day HVAC and mechanical maintenance across the Orlando campus. The role leads maintenance personnel, assigns and verifies work, responds to emergent maintenance, supports equipment outages and shutdowns, coordinates specialized contractors, troubleshoots complex systems, and ensures safety, quality, documentation, and performance requirements are met. The position requires journeyman-level HVAC and mechanical experience, technical leadership, hands-on maintenance capability, and familiarity with mechanical drawings, safety practices, and CMMS systems. The full-time salary range is $72,500 to $134,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
