Veolia Servicios Lecam is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Team Leader for the Valdebebas area, Madrid. The role leads a team of three technicians, plans and schedules maintenance work, supervises work orders, coordinates with clients, and prepares technical and management reports. The position offers a permanent contract, a Monday-to-Friday 08:00–18:00 schedule, and immediate start. Candidates need relevant technical education, at least five years of experience managing facility maintenance contracts, knowledge of building systems and regulations, leadership and operational management skills, and proficiency with maintenance management software and control systems.
