Description
The Residential Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical work, and other maintenance areas in residential buildings and outdoors. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, independent judgment, safety awareness, and the ability to work under moderate supervision. The technician must be physically present in the office as needed and can lift supplies weighing less than 20 pounds. The salary range is $15–$25.
