P1 Service, LLC. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and emergency response for building systems across University of Kansas Health System facilities. The role may focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or general maintenance and requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–5 years of building maintenance knowledge, building management system familiarity, tool proficiency, and the ability to obtain NEBB TAB CP certification if required. The position also requires safety and compliance adherence, customer service, documentation, background-check clearance, and English fluency.
