Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Beacon homes and related building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, safety systems, grounds, and basic carpentry and painting. The role responds to work orders and emergency requests, conducts inspections, documents maintenance activities, collaborates with vendors, and maintains compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of facilities or building maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel daily between Beacon locations.
