Description
The Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment while coordinating assigned facility agreements or projects. The role also performs general handyman, plumbing, lighting, and emergency maintenance; responds to urgent facility issues; completes work orders; communicates status and risks; and coordinates with facility leaders, vendors, and other teams. The position requires at least two years of experience in a similar environment or facility management setting, basic hand-tool knowledge, familiarity with Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar work order systems, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to meeting service level agreements.
