Description
ABM is hiring a full-time, non-exempt hourly Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance for school facilities. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, grounds cleaning, maintenance work orders, and coordination with facilities management and contractors. The position reports to the Facilities Supervisor, works an 8-hour Monday-through-Friday shift near I-59 and E. Mount Houston Road in zip code 77050, and requires a high school education or equivalent, two years of facilities maintenance experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
