Description
ABM is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance for school facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, and maintenance work orders. The role reports to the Facilities Supervisor, follows a Monday-through-Friday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM shift, and may require additional hours. The position is based near S. Loop E and Martin Luther King Blvd. and requires a high school education or equivalent, two years of facilities maintenance experience, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, climb heights, and lift up to 60 pounds.
