Black & McDonald’s is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain client facilities in Calgary and the greater Calgary area. The role covers responsive and planned maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, HVAC and other mechanical work, subcontractor supervision, tenant service requests, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, reporting, and emergency callouts. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of facilities maintenance experience, a Class 5 Alberta driver’s license, and availability for after-hours on-call and emergency work.
