Description
The Facilities Technician supports Eataly’s restaurants, cafés, and to-go counters by maintaining equipment, walk-ins, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, storage areas, and other facilities; ensuring sanitary conditions; inspecting team stations; and reporting shift status to the Facilities Manager and Food Safety Manager. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of facilities and housekeeping experience, basic computer skills, onsite availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work well-paced mobility for up to eight hours.
