Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician maintains Logan River Academy's campus, buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe, clean, secure, and functional condition. The part-time role performs building repairs, preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, grounds and landscaping work, safety inspections, emergency response, and coordination with vendors. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of building systems and construction, troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or emergency situations.
