P1 Service, LLC. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Facility Maintenance team to inspect, diagnose, test, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety, refrigeration, and communication systems. The role also involves responding to fire alarms, conducting non-destructive tests, documenting deficiencies, interpreting engineering drawings, communicating with customers and owners, and supporting patient-room maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–5 years of building maintenance experience, blueprint and hand-tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.
