Description
Southend Pharmacy is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and facility improvements across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. The role supports manufacturing operations, coordinates with contractors, uses diagnostic tools and CMMS software, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible schedule adjustments, and pays $20.00-$23.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED and previous facilities maintenance experience are required; welding, PLC, manufacturing, and HVAC experience are preferred. The employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
