Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance for buildings and grounds, including minor plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, mechanical, and lighting work. The role also handles cleaning, custodial oversight, furniture assembly, vehicle driving, security monitoring, emergency after-hours calls, and other related maintenance tasks. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of commercial building and grounds maintenance experience or equivalent training, a valid state driver license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors and with heavy objects.
