Description
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of operations and utilities (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and utilities). Performed various maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, along with troubleshooting for problem-solving. Activities include preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance planning and coordination with suppliers and contractors. Assists in setting up and installing new systems and utilities equipment, supporting improvement projects and retrofit jobs. Maintains infrastructure and performs civil, carpentry, and plumbing upkeep. Helps prepare budgets and ensures adherence. Provides handson knowledge for operational maintenance (O&M) across electrical, HVAC, and utilities, including troubleshooting equipment in electrical circuits, electronics, vacuum, heat treatments, high voltages, mechanical works, welding, gas lines, scrubbers, and calibration/testing of instruments.
