Description
The Facilities Technician I will perform maintenance and inspections on assigned hotel properties, respond to maintenance calls, address tenant building issues, and support HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, lighting, grounds, snow and ice removal, landscaping, and safety inspections. The role includes 24/7 on-call rotation, shop organization, inventory management, and communication with tenants and managers. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, strong interpersonal skills, relevant HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other certification, and U.S. work authorization. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Compensation is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.
