Colorado Mountain College is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to report to the Facilities Manager and perform general preventive maintenance, repair, custodial, groundskeeping, and campus facilities duties. The role covers mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing, refrigeration, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, snow removal, irrigation, vehicle maintenance, and on-call service. Applicants need sufficient education and related experience, a Colorado driver’s license, and the ability to work in Colorado; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The anticipated closing date was October 1, 2026, or until filled.
