Altasciences is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician Level II to maintain its sites, coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and other critical systems, handle basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, welding, lighting, ceiling tile, furniture, generator testing, contractor escorts, sample transport, event setup, and rotating 24/7 emergency-line coverage. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of related experience, a driver’s license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, technical-document interpretation, and strong organization, communication, customer service, and prioritization skills.
