Description
The part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician performs janitorial, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor building repairs across Fairmount Memorial Association properties, including funeral homes, mausoleums, offices, columbariums, and statues. Duties include routine cleaning, furnace filter replacement, lighting and ozone-machine maintenance, carpet cleaning, minor painting and repairs, furniture adjustments, and coordinating maintenance outside the position’s scope. The role requires physical activity, mobility, equipment operation, and availability for some evening and weekend work; previous janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license. The position starts at $18.00 and is non-exempt/non-union.
