Description

ResMed's Facilities Management function aims to optimize facility operations to support daily activities and reduce downtime. The role involves overseeing facility-related services, ensuring efficient equipment monitoring, conducting preventive maintenance across various mechanical and electrical systems, utilizing CMMS for tracking, and coordinating with contractors. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspecting equipment, renewing licenses, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with other departments to meet quality, regulatory, safety, and operational standards.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or training in a specialty trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls)
Required Previous Experiences: 4 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent Hands-on skills & experiences, with good technical knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and spares management.
Proven technical experience including planning, supervising service providers/ contractors and achieving set target.
Strong technical expertise and problem solving ability, in terms of facility Mechanical and Electrical systems.
Working knowledge of GMP requirements and ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001
