Critical TechWorks is hiring a Facilities Management Blacksmith to manage and improve office facilities in Porto, Lisbon, and beyond. The role oversees cleaning, reception, surveillance, preventive and corrective maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, vendors, health and safety, employee experience, standardization, and sustainability initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of corporate facility management experience, occupational health and safety training, strong operational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese; legal right to work in Portugal is required.
