Toyota is hiring an in-house facilities management expert for Woven City to manage property and facilities operations across planning, design, construction, inspection, maintenance, renovations, relocations, cleaning, landscaping, and day-to-day management. The role coordinates building management companies, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and government authorities, manages facility operations and information systems, and provides 24/7 emergency response. Candidates need at least five years of facilities management experience at large commercial facilities and mixed-use buildings, four years of real estate management experience, Japanese fluency, and the ability to commute daily.
